Donations and Requests

Per our Mission Statement, we are striving to be the premier partner with our communities. We realize there are many other worthy organizations in our communities; however our primary support is committed to Boys and Girls Clubs in the communities where we do business and other worthy teen organizations in close proximity to our locations.

We appreciate your inquiry about donations or sponsorship of your event and/or organization. Due to the high volume of requests that Tacala, LLC receives annually we must require certain information from you to ensure the request receives proper consideration. We may take 4 weeks to review your request, so please allow enough time if the request is related to a specific event. You will be notified of a decision by mail.

All requests must be submitted in writing through the U.S. mail on event/organization letterhead. Requests sent via email, fax or telephone will not be reviewed.

Application Process:

Your written request on organizational letterhead MUST include the following information:

  1. Name of the event/organization requesting sponsorship.
  2. Contact person information should include: mailing address, telephone number, fax number and email address.
  3. Date, description and location of the event.
  4. Estimated attendance and demographic make up of the audience.
  5. History of the event and attendance/contributions from previous year.
  6. All other event sponsors including restaurant participation.
