Taco Bell GED Program:
Tacala cares about you and your future! In cooperation with Taco Bell, GED Works, and Team Tacala Charites, we are able to offer Tacala employees the tools needed to get a GED credential at no cost!
Eligibility:
- Restaurant employee with 6+ months of continuous employment
- Employee must commit to studying a minimum of six (6) hours a week, which is monitored by a GED advisor
- Employee must not have applied to/dropped from the program more than one (1) time prior
- Once approved, employee must start the program within 30 days

Since 2014, Team Tacala Charites has awarded over $1.9 million dollars in scholarships to Tacala team members through donations from the company, and our annual Team Tacala Charities Golf Tournament.
2025 Team Tacala Scholarships are open from February 17th – March 31st, 2025
Eligibility:
- High school senior or enrolled in college/trade school
- GPA of 2.0 or higher
- Restaurant employee with 6+ months of continuous employment
- Employed by Tacala at the time awards are announced
- Work a minimum of 120 hours over the 6 month period before scholarships are announced

Taco Bell Foundation’s Live Más Scholarship:
No grades. No test scores. No essays. The Live Más Scholarship is designed for students ages 16-26 who are pursuing higher education, preparing for the workforce, or using their passion to ignite change in their communities and beyond. All it takes is a two-minute video telling us what you’re passionate about and how you plan to make a difference. This is your chance to be part of something bigger!
