Team Member

Team Members set the tone for the Taco Bell customer experience by providing fast, fun and friendly service to all customers.

Area Director

Area Directors support the restaurant teams by providing leadership presence in multiple areas. A true player-coach, Area Directors are capable of running an area of 5-7 while also providing oversight to one or more fellow Area Coaches.

People Capability Coach

People Capability Coaches lead regional training and people development initiatives at Tacala. Experts in the brand, training and people development, PCC’s are in charge of growing leaders in their region and ensuring world-class training.

Market Coach/Market Director

Market Directors are in charge of the operational success of an entire region. They oversee the activity of 7-10 Area Coaches, partner with People Capability Coaches and report to the VP of Ops to ensure restaurants are excelling in all areas of the business.

Area Coach

Area Coaches provide overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 5-7 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant Leader meets or exceeds their restaurant’s goals. This position is expected to role model appropriate skills and behaviors for each of the restaurants in their area.

Restaurant Director/Market Training Leader

A Restaurant Director at Tacala has a proven track-record as a world-class Restaurant Leader and is capable of running multiple restaurants in partnership with a full complement of junior managers at each of his/her locations. A Market Training Leader at Tacala is an expert in the Taco Bell processes and systems and has the ability and desire to train our newest management hires & promotes.

Restaurant Leader

Restaurant Leaders lead the restaurant team in all aspects of the business. A Restaurant Leader at Tacala creates a great team culture, provides world-class customer service and ensures the restaurant is financially successful.

Personal Trainer

Our Personal Trainers are experts in all things Taco Bell and ready to train our newest Team Members.

Shift Leader

Shift Leaders support the Restaurant Leader by running each shift self-sufficiently and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
