Vice President

Region Vice President

Region Vice Presidents are responsible for leading a region of 100+ restaurants to achieve operational success and lead their team to execute Tacala and Taco Bell’s vision, mission and goals.

Market Coach

Market Coaches are in charge of the operational success of an entire region. They oversee the activity of 7-10 Area Coaches, and report to the VP of Ops to ensure restaurants are excelling in all areas of the business.

Area Coach

Area Coaches provide overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 5-7 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant Leader meets or exceeds their restaurant’s goals. This position is expected to role model appropriate skills and behaviors for each of the restaurants in their area.

Field Training Coach

Field Training Coaches are responsible for developing people at all levels and add más value to the organization by being Taco Bell brand experts and sharing their skills and expertise with others.

Market Training Leader

A Market Training Leader at Tacala has a proven track-record as a world-class Restaurant Leader and is capable of running multiple restaurants in partnership with a full complement of junior managers at each of his/her locations. A Market Training Leader at Tacala is an expert in the Taco Bell processes and systems and has the ability and desire to train our newest management hires & promotes.

Restaurant Leader

Restaurant Leaders lead the restaurant team in all aspects of the business. A Restaurant Leader at Tacala creates a great team culture, provides world-class customer service and ensures the restaurant is financially successful.

Assistant Leader Safety Influencer

Assistant Leaders assist the Restaurant Leader in leading their team, providing world-class customer service and operating a successful restaurant.

Shift Leader

Shift Leaders support the Restaurant Leader by running each shift self-sufficiently and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

A Safety Ambassador is a leader in safety who is always working towards building a strong safety culture and environment and reiterating safety best practices within the restaurant.

Team Trainer

Our Team Trainers are experts in all things Taco Bell and ready to train our newest Team Members.

Seasoned Champion

A Seasoned Champion is cross trained to help their team with both customer service and food service.

Team Member

Team Members set the tone for the Taco Bell customer experience by providing fast, fun and friendly service to all customers.
